One of the most awe inspiring and exhilarating ways to "See L.A.", the Hike to the Hollywood Sign is a "must do" in L.A.

Part of Griffith Park, one of the largest urban parks in the United States, this hike is a great combination of exercise (definitely), sightseeing and meeting people from all over the world...Stunning views from the Pacific ocean, to downtown L.A., Big Bear mountain, Burbank and Glendale...and much more...

The L.A. Zoo, Greek Theatre and, of course, the Griffith Observatory are all part of Griffith Park...This hike starts at Griffith Observatory and meanders to the Hollywood sign...which is well worth "the hike!"

Pictures are from several different years hiking this great trail...with my most recent pics first...Included are pictures of dear friend, Brenda...RIP, Brenda...
